The luau will start with lunch being served right after the ceremony. The meal is picnic style, so bring a blanket big enough for you and your family to sit on, or if you prefer, lawn chairs. Tim and Ady will make their departure at approximately 5:00pm, but the party stays as long as you do.
1:00 Lunch is served (see menu below) |
Things you should know about the luau:
There will be "water balloon" volleyball, and similar activites for everyone. If you have any
yard games bring them along (i.e. boche ball, croquet, lawn darts(wear a helmet), etc).
The meal will be picnic style, so come prepared. A small number of tables and chairs will be
available for our older or handicapped guests.
For those guests with children, or for those guest who are big children, you should know there
is a free water park play area in the park, so bring swim suits and beach towels.
This is an outdoor event, so arm yourself accordingly. (i.e. sunscreen for a sunny day, umbrella
for a rainy day, bug spray for a buggy day)
Both the ceremony and recption/luau will be very casual and we suggest you dress likewise
(i.e. shorts, hawaiian shirts and flip-flops, coconut bras are optional).
